  How do I find the dongle version?

System Requirements:

• Windows XP*, Vista* 7, 8.1 or Windows 10,11
  Windows XP, Vista, 7 are not recommend and no tech support is available as operation cannot be guaranteed as Microsoft no longer supports these operating systems and the possible lack of recent driver availability.
• Note:
  While seaPro is only designed to work with Windows, if you are using Windows on a Mac OS X through Parallels or Bootcamp then seaPro may work, however there is no tech support available for a Mac : Further info...

Instructions:

1. Download the relevant file below - save it to your computer, do not click run. If you are unsure, use Full Install;
2. Make a note of where the file will downloaded to (usually a 'Downloads' folder);
3. Once the download is complete, go to the Downloads folder and locate seaPro.exe or seaProUpdate.exe;
4. Right click on the downloaded file, and select 'Run as administrator' and follow the prompts.
   Installation will fail unless Run as Administrator is used, even if you are using an administrative account
   For XP just double click the file to run the installer.

Important
If using the Update rather than full, you may need to download a new dongle driver and/or latest tidal almanac
