#Summary
How to fix
Number of possible reasons:
1. There is a problem with the physical USB port on the PC – try inserting the dongle into a different USB socket or installing on to a different computer
2. The driver has failed to install or installed incorrectly – this can occur if you don’t have full administrative rights on the computer or have the UAC (User Access Control) set high enough to prevent installation.
3. The dongle was inserted before seaPro was installed and Windows installed the wrong driver.
4. If running a 64 bit edition of Windows (7 or above) and trying to install an earlier version of seaPro, 64 bit drivers may not be available for your version. Contact sales to purchase an update.

d) Once downloaded run the installer.
Note: Depending on your UAC settings you may want to run this by right clicking on the installer and selecting ‘Run as administrator’
